Synopsis

Director Takashi Miike's breakthrough film, based on the novel by Hitoshi Tanimura. This ultra violent film portrays the battle with the yakuza establishment by its younger counterparts. Fudoh is a psychologically scarred son of a yakuza family who decides to deploy his own small army after having seen his father kill his older brother in order to save himself.
